Dheeraj Singh is an IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta alumnus with over 19 years of global experience in consulting, impact strategy, and professional mentoring. He founded Mentoring Bharat to support students and alumni from marginalised backgrounds through structured guidance, career orientation, and peer support. Since 2023, the initiative has connected 1,100+ students with experienced alumni mentors to broaden their academic and professional horizons.
